Counselling
How does it work?
Counselling sessions take place online using a secure platform. You will speak one-on-one with a qualified therapist who will help you to unpack your experiences and explore what healing looks like for you.
In your first session, your therapist will ask you a range of questions to establish a good understanding of your mental health needs. From there, they will work with you to develop healing-oriented goals and provide a range of evidence-based strategies tailored to your circumstances.
In order to get the most out of your sessions, you will need:
A quiet, safe space to talk privately
A microphone and camera
Stable internet connection
-
Religious trauma and abuse
Identity challenges
Guilt and shame
Boundaries
Relationship struggles
Double-life burnout

Belonging
